01 / PACKING THE MATERIAL

The product sets the requirements.

Powders differ in moisture sensitivity, particle size and handling needs. We discuss the proposed pack with the supplier and buyer before confirming an order.

01

Inner packaging & closure

Confirm the contact material, liner, closure and any agreed moisture-protection needs. Sample packing and commercial packing are reviewed for their own quantities and routes.

02

Outer pack & identification

Agree the proposed bag, drum or other pack, net and gross weight, dimensions, product identity and batch markings. Specific packing options depend on the material and supplier.

03

Pallets & load preparation

Discuss pallet configuration, wrapping or strapping, handling access and destination requirements. The final unit load should match the agreed shipment plan.

PACKING / IDENTIFICATION / HANDLING

Make the details visible before dispatch.

Request the relevant packing and label information for your order. Where available, order-specific photographs can help confirm the visible package condition and markings before handover.

02 / FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

A coordinated route to delivery.

Packaging, documents and transport move together. We clarify the open points with the buyer, supplier and logistics partners at each stage.

  1. Define the shipment

Share the product or CAS, quantity, destination, target timing and intended use. Add any site-specific receiving or packaging requirements.

  2. Confirm the packing & route

Review the material information, proposed package and available transport options. Agree responsibilities and the quoted delivery scope before booking.

  3. Review the dispatch information

Coordinate the packing list, commercial invoice and relevant supporting records. Follow up on agreed label or package checks before the handover.

  4. Coordinate the handover

Share the available shipment references and milestones. Bring changes or receiving questions back to the responsible supplier and logistics contacts.

SAMPLE & COMMERCIAL SUPPLY

A sample has its own route.

Confirm the evaluation quantity, destination, recipient and required information before arranging dispatch. A small quantity still needs a suitable package and an agreed transport option.

A bulk order needs a shared plan.

Align production readiness, packing, shipment documents and receiving arrangements. Share any unloading constraints or appointment requirements early.

03 / CLEAR HANDOVERS

Agree who handles each step.

Delivery terms, responsibilities and timing are confirmed for each order.
