QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Clarity before
commitment.

The right material starts with a clear specification and evidence you can review. We help connect your requirements with supplier records, sample evaluation and the questions that still need an answer.

01 / DOCUMENT SUPPORT

The documents behind the decision.

Choose the document you need, then share the product and intended use on the Inquiry page. Our team reviews each request before providing relevant available records.

01 / COA

Certificate of Analysis

A COA records the reported test results for a specific batch. We help check the material identity, batch reference, methods and results against the agreed specification.

02 / SDS

Safety Data Sheet

An SDS communicates hazard, handling and safety information. Tell us the destination and language required so we can check the available version and relevant supplier details.

03 / TDS

Specification / Technical Data Sheet

A specification sets the requested acceptance criteria; a TDS provides general product information. We help clarify the version, test methods and parameters relevant to your application.

Your inquiry may also need origin, packaging, manufacturer information or other statements. Describe the requirement so we can confirm availability and what can be shared.

Product documents are supplied after individual review. Availability and disclosure depend on the material, source, batch and purpose of the request.

02 / A PRACTICAL REVIEW

Five steps. One clear requirement.

A useful review connects each document with the material and the decision it is meant to support.

  1. Verify the supplier

Clarify the legal seller, proposed manufacturer and production site. Review the available identity and qualification evidence and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.

  2. Confirm the sample

Agree the sample identity, quantity and evaluation purpose. Clarify its source and how it relates to the proposed commercial material before arranging delivery.

  3. Compare the specification and COA

Check names, batch references, limits, units and analytical methods. Make differences visible so the buyer and supplier can agree what must be resolved.

  4. Coordinate additional testing

Where further evidence is needed, coordinate an appropriate third-party laboratory. Confirm the testing scope, methods, sample quantity, timing and costs before work begins.

  5. Follow through on open questions

Bring document revisions, technical answers and unresolved points back to the responsible people. Keep the review connected to the sample, batch or order it concerns.

03 / CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Know who stands behind each record.

Hongkun coordinates the review

We connect the buyer's requirement with the relevant supplier and testing contacts.

  • Clarify document requests and organize available evidence.
  • Identify inconsistencies and coordinate technical follow-up.
  • Arrange samples and third-party testing when agreed.

Factories and laboratories provide the evidence

Original manufacturing and testing records come from the responsible factory or laboratory.

  • The manufacturer confirms its product, process and batch records.
  • The testing laboratory performs the agreed analysis and issues its report.
  • The issuing organization remains responsible for the records it provides.

Final material approval and assessment for the intended use remain with the buyer's qualified team.
